OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to aid in the development of new campaigns, optimization of existing client campaigns and assistance with daily office management. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, well organized and hands-on individual with experience in Search Engine Marketing campaigns. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, tracking, and reporting skills.
LOCATION: Philadelphia Area—Narberth, PA
REPORTS TO: Account Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual will:
Development of new campaigns:
• Develop Search Engine Marketing campaigns. Research and build targeted search term and URL (Web address link) lists for Paid Listings Management clients.
• Develop strategies for new client media marketing campaigns. This will involve finding targeted sites for advertisers, helping communicate with publishers and potentially assisting with determining client budget allocations.
• Write basic copy for search, media and viral campaigns.
• Optimize existing client campaigns:
• Assist with the tracking and reporting of live campaigns. Garner Internet traffic and conversion reports from the major Search engines (Google, Overture, etc.). Data enter this information into Excel and manipulate the data.
• Evaluate and enhance client campaigns based upon campaign performance reports with the account management team.
• Analyze client competition to find innovative advertising opportunities for clients.
• Possibly assist with other administrative or marketing projects for the account department on an as-needed basis
Employee needs to:
• Be responsible for accuracy of all outgoing work
• Be willing to take on additional assignments from Account Supervisors and Account Directors to assist with clients and further own knowledge
• Learn how to improve the Clients’ ROI through our marketing efforts
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when necessary, but also possess the ability to “look around the corners” in terms of proactively working with Unreal’s clientele.
More specifically, this individual must possess many, if not all, of the following characteristics:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and aptitude to quickly learn new tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal and general interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and maintains a sense of humor
• Strong research and organizational abilities

COMPENSATION: The Company is prepared to offer a compensation package composed of a base salary and annual performance-based bonus structured to attract a very qualified candidate.
